These Terms & Conditions govern your use of thedigitalsyndicate.com and any purchase made through it. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

Products & Digital Goods

We sell digital products and educational content. Access is delivered electronically, by email and/or a member link, promptly after a successful payment.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor (Whop). You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total shown.

Refund Policy

The front-end product (the masterclass) carries a 180-day money-back guarantee. If you decide it is not for you, email juliansherm@gmail.com within 180 days of purchase and we will refund the masterclass purchase price to your original payment method.

The guarantee covers the front-end masterclass only. Optional add-ons, order bumps, upsells, and subscription products, are delivered in full immediately at purchase and are not covered by the guarantee. They are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. Subscription products can be cancelled at any time to stop future charges.

Booking or attending an optional consultation or strategy call does not affect your masterclass money-back guarantee.

Refunds do not extend to money you choose to spend on advertising or with third-party companies.

Acceptable Use

The content is licensed to you for personal use. You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute our digital products without permission.

No Guarantees

Our products are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We make no guarantee of any specific result or outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, thedigitalsyndicate.com is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Each purchase is governed by the terms posted at the time of that purchase, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms. Last updated: September 18, 2026.
